Code of Conduct

By attending this Event, you agree to abide by the following rules at all times. Violations may result in immediate removal at the sole discretion of the Event Organizers.

• 1 No nudity. Full or partial nudity is strictly prohibited at all times during the Event, including at the property, during activities, and at any off-site excursions. This applies to all guests without exception.
• 2 No underage drinking. Alcohol consumption is only permitted for guests aged 21 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID is required and may be checked at any time. Any guest found providing alcohol to a minor will be immediately removed from the Event.
• 3 No illegal substances. The possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited on the Event premises and during all Event activities. Violation will result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
• 4 Respect all guests and staff. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, physical, and online conduct. Treat every person at this Event with dignity and respect.
• 5 Respect private spaces. Do not enter rooms, buildings, or areas that are not designated for guest use. Respect the property, furnishings, and equipment at all times. You will be held financially responsible for any intentional or reckless damage.
• 6 Share content & tag us! We encourage you to post, share, and create content throughout the Event. Tag @experiencethecircle and any partner vendors in your posts. The more content you share, the more favorably you are looked upon by The Circle for future invitations and opportunities. Certain designated private areas may be off-limits for content — staff will communicate these clearly.
• 7 No outside guests. For the safety and privacy of all women at this event, absolutely no outside guests, visitors, or plus-ones are permitted at any time. This is a curated, invite-only experience and only confirmed attendees may be present on the property or at Event activities.
• 8 Professional environment. This is a professional event environment. By attending, you agree to treat all staff, the property, and all equipment with the utmost respect. I understand this is a professional environment I am entering and I promise to conduct myself accordingly at all times.
• 9 Zero tolerance for theft. Theft of any kind — including personal belongings, Event property, equipment, or products provided by sponsors — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal, potential criminal charges, and a permanent ban from all future Circle events.
• 10 Violations will result in removal. The Event Organizers reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these rules at their sole discretion, without refund, compensation, or reimbursement of any kind. Removed guests will be responsible for arranging and funding their own transportation home.
